A bit about me…

I grew up in a place where a Sega Mega Drive was called a Sega Genesis. I’ve always had a love of stories, from television, movies, book and videogames and now I writes my own as comic books.

My comic book writing journey started with a standalone comic book entitled A Life in Defence with Belfast Illustrator Colin Langan. I then produced the anthology Old Game Plus, 6× 4 page comics based on retro videogames, which involved working with 16x creatives. My latest standalone comic is The Dark in the Tower, a journey into a medieval mystery, with artist John McGuinness and Designer Alice Coleman.

Beyond writing comics, I regularly organise panels at Dublin Comic Con. These are usually on themes around creation of comic books, through which I invite Irish comic book creatives to speak about their process, acting as moderator for the panel.
